RSA Research (Part of task 2)


Mapping the supermarket Brief, and now to the research on what supermarkets do.





In the format of mood board, it is clear that competition in the world of the supermarket is fierce, with the giants in the business offering almost everything from the usual food to electronics to banking and participating in charities.
I guess it is pretty safe to say that supermarkets now a days do everything, but the problem seems to be how they are doing it, for the next stage, interviewing some customers to try to get an answer on what is lacking for the interaction.
